To become a Data Scientist, you’ll need GCSEs in Maths, English. Computer Science or IT would also be useful. This could lead on to A Levels in Computer Science and Maths, or you could study a Technical Diploma, T Level or Apprenticeship in Digital Technology or Computing. You could then consider progressing to Higher Education to study Data Science and Analytics, Machine Learning or Computer Science.
