Seawork Careers Day is part of the Seawork exhibition, Europe’s largest commercial marine and workboat event held each year in Southampton, Hampshire. Seawork runs as a three-day exhibition and conference, with a dedicated Training & Careers Day on the final day focusing on careers and skills in the marine sector. On Careers Day, students and young people aged 13 and over get direct exposure to maritime careers through a careers fair, employer stands, talks, and guided tours of the wider Seawork exhibition. The event connects attendees with marine employers, apprenticeships, and industry professionals, helping them explore jobs in engineering, shipbuilding, renewables, navigation, and other marine-related roles.
