The In2STEM programme, delivered by In2scienceUK, is a free, nationally‑run summer work experience initiative designed to support Year 12 (or S5/S6/college) students who are passionate about STEM. It aims to improve access to careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, especially for young people from underrepresented or lower socioeconomic backgrounds.
Through a blend of hands‑on experience, skills development, mentoring, and creative challenges, In2STEM helps students build confidence and gain a real understanding of the pathways available in STEM.
